4. Attorney meets with client(s), reviews intake Client Intake Forms to insure all
information is complete.
5. Attorney gathers required documents as listed in the Service Agreement.
6. Attorney faxes or emails copies of Client Intake Forms and documents as listed in the
Service Agreement.
7. Virtual Bankruptcy Assistant inputs Client Intake Forms into Licensed copy of Best
Case solutions software.
8. Virtual Bankruptcy provides the Attorney with a draft petition usually within 48 hours.
VBA also provides Attorney Cover
9. Sheet detailing missing information, unexempt equity, or any other information
requiring attention prior to filing petition.
10. VBA can contact clients for missing information is Attorney desires.
11. VBA assists Attorney with required Due Diligence, conduct a Nationwide Bankruptcy
search for each debtor.
12. Conduct on-line search for property, liens, and civil records.
13. Search N.A.D.A and Kelly Blue book for current values of all automobiles.
14. VBA prepares Petition, including all Schedules, Means Test, and Statement of Affairs.
15. Attorney reviews petition and VBA makes all requested changes and resubmits
petition to Attorney. for final approval.
16. VBA can electronically file petition for Attorney if requested.
17. All petitions will contain the Attorney's name, Law Firm, and Bar Number.
